1. Who we are
3R Soft (“3rsoft”, “we”) is a software company based in the Republic of Panama and is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. We process personal data in accordance with Law 81 of 2019 on Personal Data Protection and its regulations (Executive Decree 285 of 2021).
For any privacy matter you can contact us at [email protected].
2. Data we collect

- Documentation sign-in: the documentation permissions granted to you and active sessions on docs.3rsoft.com.pa.
- Technical data: IP address, browser information and request logs needed to operate and protect the site.
- Usage data, only if you accept measurement cookies: the pages you visit, the ad or link that brought you, your device and browser, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and actions such as sending the contact form or opening a WhatsApp chat.
3. How we use it
- To answer your inquiries and prepare quotes or demos.
- To create and manage your account and verify your email address.
- To review requests for products, SDKs and documentation, and to grant or revoke access.
- To send service emails such as verification, password reset and request decisions.
- To keep the site secure, prevent abuse and spam, and meet legal obligations.
- With your consent, to measure visits and the results of our ads on Google and Meta, and to show our ads to people who have visited the site.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not send marketing emails without your consent. Access requests are reviewed by our staff, not decided automatically.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form, create an account or accept measurement cookies, the steps needed to provide a service you request or a contract with you, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in keeping our systems secure.
5. Who we share it with
We only share personal data with providers that help us run the service and act on our instructions: hosting, email delivery, Cloudflare (anti-bot verification on forms), Font Awesome (icon delivery) and, only if you accept measurement cookies, Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads) and Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram ads), which also use this data under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose data when required by law or by a competent authority.
Some of these providers may process data outside Panama. When that happens we rely on providers that offer an adequate level of protection, as required by Law 81 of 2019.
6. How long we keep it
We keep account data while your account is active and contact messages for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up. Security records are kept for a limited period. After that, data is deleted or anonymized unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
7. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), store passwords only as hashes, restrict staff access by role and limit repeated attempts on sign-in and forms. No system is completely secure, so please keep your password private and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
8. Your rights
Under Panamanian law you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectify data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Cancel (delete) your data when it is no longer needed.
- Object to certain uses of your data.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
You can also withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email [email protected] from the address linked to your account. We will answer within the time limits set by law. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may file a complaint with the National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI).
9. Minors
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from people under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The new version will be published on this page with its date, and account holders will be notified by email of significant changes.
