1. Acceptance

By browsing the site, creating an account or requesting access you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept them on its behalf.

2. Information and services

The information on this site about our products, such as HWD POS, and our services is general and does not constitute a binding offer. Prices, availability and specifications are confirmed in a written quote or contract. The purchase, license and support of our products are governed by their own agreements, which prevail over these terms.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential and are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or are used fraudulently.

4. SDKs and documentation

Access to SDKs and restricted documentation is granted at our discretion after review, is personal to you or your company and cannot be transferred. Restricted material is confidential: you may not publish or share it with third parties without our written permission. We may revoke access at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.
• Attempt to access accounts, systems or data without authorization.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the site, or introduce malicious code.
• Collect content or data automatically at a scale that affects the service.
• Impersonate another person or company.

6. Intellectual property

The site, its content, software and documentation, and the names and logos of 3R Soft and HWD POS belong to 3R Soft or its licensors and are protected by the intellectual property laws of the Republic of Panama and international treaties. All rights reserved. The names and logos of customers and partners belong to their respective owners.

7. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party sites and services, such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Availability and liability

The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, 3R Soft is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under Panamanian consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version applies from its publication on this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Panama City.
