1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser to remember information between pages or visits.
2. Cookies we use
- r3sess (essential): keeps you signed in to your account and protects forms against forgery. Deleted when you close the browser.
- lang (preference): remembers the language you chose. Lasts one year.
- consent (preference): remembers whether you accepted or rejected measurement cookies. Lasts one year.
- r3panel (essential): used only in the staff administration panel.
- Measurement and advertising, only if you accept: Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*) counts visits and how the site is used; Google Ads (_gcl_*) and Meta (_fbp, _fbc) tell us which ad brought you and whether you then contacted us. Google Analytics cookies last up to two years; Google Ads and Meta cookies, up to 90 days.
3. Third-party services
Some forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that you are not a bot, which may set its own cookies or read browser signals for that purpose. Icons are loaded from Font Awesome, which receives your IP address when it serves them.
If you accept measurement cookies, the site loads Google Tag Manager, which loads Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel. These services receive your IP address, browser information, the pages you visit and actions such as sending the contact form or opening a WhatsApp chat, and they may process this data outside Panama under their own privacy policies. We do not send them your name, email address or the content of your messages. If you reject them, none of these services are loaded.
4. Managing cookies
You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw your consent, we delete the measurement cookies the site can reach and stop loading these services. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies you will not be able to sign in or submit some forms.
